MSBOC COVID-19 Update
MSBOC UPDATE 06/02/20
OFFICE OPERATIONS: The health and safety of our patrons and employees is our number one priority. In compliance with recent executive orders and public health guidelines, office visitors are limited to ensure proper social distancing. We request your help in keeping this a virus free environment by observing and complying with proper hand sanitizing procedures prior to entering the premises and remaining in designated wait areas while business is conducted. A drop box is conveniently located in front of the office for those patrons who wish to utilize it rather than entering the office. Drop box materials are collected at least twice a day. MSBOC continues to encourage the use of all resources available on our website including the online renewal option.
EXAM CENTER OPERATIONS: PSI exam centers reopened on May 1, 2020. Please remember that test centers are open at 50% capacity in order to adhere to social distancing. This could mean that scheduling availability may not be immediate. MSBOC encourages candidates to utilize on-line services to check site availability and any other important notices that are available to them. Additionally, due to the fluidity of state, city, and county restrictions, some test centers have had to close on short notice after re-opening. We encourage you to check your emails and voice mails often in order to review communication and last-minute updates regarding a scheduled test date. Information regarding the safety and sanitation procedures at PSI test sites can be found here. PSI staff continues to be available for questions and needs during this time.
